Jessica- thank you so much for sharing your recipes and journey. Your recipes bring me back to wonderful memories of my mom's cooking. I had forgotten some of the dishes that she cooked but you have brought those memories to life. Thank you, Samar
Mmm, mmm my mouth is watering for kusa and waraqa now! :-D Can I request that you put on the Easter cookies that I love so much (ma'amoul and ka'ak bi 'ajweh)? I know it's a bit late but maybe for next year? Love reading your blog!
I love those cookies! I have requested a tutorial from my mother to learn how to make these, since I have only attempted ma'amoul on my own once and it didn't go well! It's on my list, though. I want to learn how to make them!
I just have to say, your blog is my FAVORITE online source for recipes, and every one of your recipes I've made has turned out delicious! I often crave Middle Eastern food and as a real foodie/WAPFer, I'm so glad to have your blog as a resource. If you ever write a cookbook (I think you have enough wonderful recipes and photos right here for one!) I will be the first to buy it!

DeleteThank you for this blog. My family never did measurements, it's really nice to refer back to these.
